UPS just brought my LLC checks. Complete with self-inking endorsement stamp and deposit slips. It just so happens that I ran across a nice little check today - the third one made payable to my LLC. Can't wait til EOM to do billing. Nice balance in biz acct, not counting forgotten check. Gotta figure out tax treatment for gtd pmts to ptrs v. cap distributions. I'm thinking since I didn't contribute any capital, I need to bite the bullet and pay SE tax. Can't have neg cap. Dammit - it's all so complicated...
